Black and Blue

I really want to keep posting as often as possible for my readers. Since Memorial Day weekend is one of our busiest weekends at work (XS LAS VEGAS), I decided to post something tonight just incase I'm not able to post this weekend. I chose a blouse top and some simple black leggings. I love leggings because they are so comfortable but I find it difficult to dress them up at times. I thought I'd give them a try with a blousy top and it worked! Check it out and let me know what you think. The top is Rory Beca, the leggings are, Marciano the gold belt by BCBG and the shoes are Christian Louboutin. 

Mini Top Shop Haul...

I went into TopShop this weekend for one dress and ended up getting a few extra items. I found this baby pink shortsleeve sweater. I love baby pink and it has silver sparkles throughout. I also bought these really tight stretch super skinny jeans. They are a really light wash which went so cute with the baby pink. I thought this was a choice for running around to Liliana's baby classes or weekly errands. The jeans were around 50$ and the top was 30$. 

 This dress is a favorite of my little haul. I know its super simple but the fit is amazing. It super tight and has stretch to it. I can wear a sports bra with it and be very comfortable. I wore it to a really casual dinner with David last night and still felt sexy and not too dressed down, (although I had flats on and I never feel dressed up in flats). Awesome staple item, will be great for the beach, lunch with my girlfriends etc. Its so basic that it can look many different ways depending on how I choose to accessorize. Looks really cute with a printed scarf.

 I found this really cute white flowy, baby doll style sheer top. It can be worn so many different ways. With Jeans, shorts, as a bathing suit coverup, with a pair of black leggings, the possibilities are endless really... I love adding some hippy boho flavor to a hott pair of jeans. :). I put a printed VictoriasSecret bra underneath. I really love this shirt. Its got a really feminine feel to it.

 Lastly, I found this stretch cotton bodycon dress that had a really awesome cut. If Im going to wear a tiny dress like this, Id rather be covered on top. If my top isn't fully covered or is cropped, I prefer to wear jeans or a Maxi skirt. This is my general rule of thumb, and keeps outfits looking classy rather than tacky, even when it is a tiny little dress. My girlfriends and I went to the opening of the night swim party at XS LAS VEGAS, Tiesto was DJ-ing and it was a great kickoff to our summer night swim party. I got tons of compliments on my dress which I paired with a sea foam green clutch, (could have paired with any of the colors in the dress) and gold jewelry.

Barcelona

So I was planning on outfit posts while in Barcelona. However, we have spent lots of time in Sitges, a little beach town just outside and I've been in a swimsuit the entire time. Here are a few pics from the trip. I promise to post more outfit of the day photos as soon as I'm home!! Enjoy Barcelona

We found these adorable flower crown/headbands in a local market for 5 euros, we each got one and wore them all day. Very #bohemian #angelic. 

This is my younger sister, Rachel. Her swimsuit is also from Molly Brown. #BrightandBold

Her wrap was also from a local market here in Sitges. I think we paid around 8 Euros. Sitges is a must if you are visiting Barcelona. Thanks for the suggestion Nicole!

Fun, Flirty and Fringe!

Hi everyone! Sorry this took a bit longer to put together than expected but I FINALLY started somewhere. 

I plan on posting daily pictures of outfits. I will have plenty of different looks, from casual outfits I'm running errands in, to the hottest looks I choose for a night out in Vegas, and everything in between of course. I leave for Barcelona in the morning and promise to buy tons of great new pieces and post plenty of European inspired outfits over the next week so please continue to check back.  Anyways, here are the first three looks, I wanted to choose a swimsuit, something flirty and feminine and lastly a casual look...I hope you enjoy them and are able to find some pieces that you can work with :).

Fringe is a huge trend this summer, so the suit I chose, is a fringe top suit with a mismatch bottom, both pieces are by LSPACE and can be found at Molly Brown Swimwear.

This Fun and flirty skirt and sparkle multicolor crop top can be found at Top Shop, which is without a doubt my new favorite store. They recently opened their first Las Vegas location at Fashion Show Mall. The other two US stores are in NYC and Chicago. The nude bow belt is Ted Baker and the gold cross bracelet was a boutique find from TheCamp in Costa Mesa, CA. I paired this outfit with my favorite nude platform Jimmy Choo sandal.

Lastly, the casual outfit I chose was very affordable. A nude bodysuit from American Apparel, cargo pant and belt from H&M a casual nude wedge finishes the outfit. Accessorized with a gold Michael Kors watch and small gold hoops.
